Day 158 – superstitious?

Superstitious anyone? I had to do it… For the sailors out there – my pewter mermaid bookmark is adorned with 3 different versions of mediterranean “evil eye” beads. For those of you unfamiliar with evil eyes – they are common protective talismans in Egypt, Greece and Turkey to name a few.

Day 156 &157

Due to technical difficulties (aka dead phone battery), I was unable to post yesterday. There appear to have been many earrings leaving the store in the past week, so I have some holes to fill! Yesterday we made peace sign earrings, today, crystal and bottle caps.

Day 155

Day 154 – swinging earrings

It was a busy day today! I can’t complain- too busy go make stuff… There will be plenty of time for that later. For today I made a pair of swinging earrings with red howlite and Millefiori glass beads. I hope tomorrows project is smaller!

Day 153 – birthstone angels

I’m ramping up for my birthday – only 2 more more weeks! Step one, done! Make angel earrings with August birthstone… (These are the official Swarovski crystals version of peridot.)

Day 152 – crystal clear

Make no mistake my Swarovski bracelet needed complimentary earrings! These are silver with the appropriate crystals for the girls birthstones – diamond and blue topaz. The pearls I included because I LOVE the color… And pearls!
